Review Time

Shout out to everyone who has taken time to listen and review the new record. Here are a few we’ve seen since Friday.

” Bottom line, “Please, Electric Move Slow” is an intriguing album. Recommended to all heavy music lovers no matter labelling. ” – Metal Addicts

Burial Party borders on so many closely related subgenres, I wouldn’t dare try to straight-forward label them. In fact, you really shouldn’t judge something like this strictly by the genre when going into it. However, for those curious: you’ll get a lot of punk, a bit of hardcore, and some pop sprinkled here and there. ” –Direnotes Webzine

” Each track has something just a little different to ensure they can stand alone as well as part of this EP. Be it some pretty huge sounding riffs (Black Stripe), a more melodic element that switches to almost-hardcore level of fury (Crisis Actor), catchy dissonance (Digital Green Boots) or something that fits it all (Soft Chains). ” – Games, Brains, and a Headbanging Life

” Think of the reliability of AmRep and Touch And Go Records, and the feeling of unbridled exhilaration you get when you crank up the aforementioned bands/albums. You’ll get that with Please, Electric Move Slow, as well. ” – Rebel Extravaganza

“Vier Songs in elf Minuten lassen keine Zeit zum Luft holen, sondern prügeln mit manischer Energie durch die Landschaft. Das eröffnende „Black Stripe“ erinnert stellenweise sogar an At The Drive-In, ohne sich auch nur im Geringsten an die Post-Hardcore-Veteranen anzubiedern. Furiose Energie, heisere Schreie und wuchtige Riff-Kaskaden fahren durch das Gebälk.” – Demonic Nights
